Will confirm lease details but around 12 years left. Site fees are approximately £6000 per annum. This includes ground maintenance and leisure membership. Currently the site fees are covered by rentals. Owners get a 10% discount on food etc. The year or manufacture is 2016. I also have holiday home insurance which will be due for renewal in July 2023. Guests can stay for a maximum of 21 nights in one period and owners can stay for 56 nights.
Site is open 11 months. 2 Bookings for next year must be honoured unless cancelled by customer.
