It's very close to the park’s Marina Bar, and a 6-7 minute flat walk to the main facilities. The park operates a 10 month owner season, and doesn’t enforce any age limits for caravans.

Priced for a quick sale at £28,500 which includes the site fees for the park's owner-transfer fee, and new gas & electric safety certificates. The buyer would also need to arrange site fees for the remainder of the season (they were £8040 for the full year).
