Has never been rented out and is in a fantastic condition and located on a quiet plot at the rear of West Sands within a few minutes walk from the park's private beach, main entertainment complex, restaurants, pools etc. No age restrictions with this older-style Bunn licence.

The price includes the park's private sale commission, and the buyer will need to pay the site fees for the remainder of the season (were £7.252 for the full season).

The caravan has an open plan living area with a pull out double bed (never been used), and patio doors that lead onto a large wraparound decking area, perfect for alfresco dining or just enjoying the sun. There's a shaker-style kitchen with integrated microwave & fridge freezer. At the sleeping end is a large master bedroom with a king-size bed, an ensuite with bath & overhead shower, twin bedroom, family bathroom with large shower. Outside there's a path leading to patio area and large shed.
