Are you looking for a 12 month caravan park?
Lydd Caravan Park on Romney Marsh in Kent has a full-year licence to stay open for 365 days, and also has the benefit of a legal postal address. The site is very peaceful and we don't allow residents under 45 years old, although we don't mind occasional young visitors. We're pet friendly and have a lovely dog walking area next to the park. We're also next to a fishing lake which our residents have exclusive use of.
We also have no age policy for the caravans here so long as they are kept in good order, and don't require any fee for selling once you are finished with your caravan, so long as we meet the buyer first. As a further benefit we allow telephone lines to the caravan, are happy if you want decking (space permitting) and we don't have any rules in place regarding plastic sheds or excessive plant pots. We just want a nice friendly site with happy owners.
The ground rent is £160pw which includes all electric and water usage, with council tax and gas bottles as an extra. The park is maintained by a resident manager who is happy to help.
The advertised caravan is a 2 bedroom Willerby Vacation which is 35ft x 12ft, and is in very good condition for its age. It's a 2008 model and has full double gazing, and a side decking. It's in excellent used condition. The lounge is very spacious with comfortable free-standing sofa, a feature fireplace, and a few cupboards and display units. It also has its own private fenced-in garden area and parking space.

There are 2 bedrooms (one double and one with twin singles)and both have lots of wardrobe space. There are separate toilet and shower rooms, with the master bedroom having access directly to the toilet (Jack & Jill style).
